Ensure guests have a successful experience; constant supervision of staff and interaction with guests. Qualified candidates will be detailed oriented leaders who are proficient in customer service, basic math, problem solving, and employee supervision. We are looking for people who take initiative, work well on a team, have a positive attitude, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Prior management/assistant management experience is preferred; no previous theatre experience is required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. • Customer relations.
• Cash drawer and inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledge of box office, concessions, and usher positions.

Works with the Executive Chef to create and execute menu for the entire restaurant and theatre operation. Accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, supervising the kitchen to guarantee consistency and quality food is produced while ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. Full-time salaried position with benefits package; please include resume with application.

Position details include, but are not limited to:
• Assists the Executive Chef in performing daily functions in relation to the back of the house.
• Have knowledge and ability to work every kitchen station.
• Supervising all employees on shift.
• Enforce safety and sanitary practice and maintenance of the back of house. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
• Assist in receiving orders and monthly inventory.
• Maintains all food supplies for production.
• Ensures all kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Trains, coaches, and counsels employees as needed.
• Ensures all work stations are cleaned and stocked at the end of the shift.
• Works with the Executive Chef to maintain food costs within the established guidelines.
• Maintain an open line of communication with managers and supervisors concerning all guest related issues and work together to resolve any problems.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s or related culinary degree, with a minimum of 2 years in a full service, high volume kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with persons of diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge about plating and presentation.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for periods of up to 12 hours, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and push a cart up to 150 pounds.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Supports the Executive Chef to deliver high quality and great tasting food by preparing/seasoning meats, vegetables, and other foods for consumption in accordance with specified recipes and plating guidelines. Line cooks are essential to the operation of the kitchen by coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each guest. Must be guest focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Many positions include evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Read and follow recipes to ensure consistency and maintenance of kitchen profitability.
• Use, maintain, and clean all kitchen line equipment, preparation, and storage areas.
• Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness.
• Anticipates, identifies, and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Stock and rotate product on the cooking line.
• Communicates with kitchen and serving staff regarding product or service deficiencies.

Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior cooking experience in a similar environment is a plus.
• ServSafe Food Handlers or other food safety training is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides guest service by assuring that all tableware, glassware, and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean. This position is responsible for making sure guest health is protected and is vitally important in overall guest satisfaction. No previous experience required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Many positions include evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Position details include, but are not limited to:
• Wash tableware/glassware, pots/pans, and other cooking equipment while following company approved washing techniques.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with pace of the restaurant/theatre and provide efficient service to our guests.
• Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink as needed.
• Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.

Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This position requires standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Reach and lift overhead up to 35 pounds.
• Work in hot and cold temperature extremes subject to fluctuation for long periods of time.
• Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment/products in a safe manner.
• Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands.

Provides friendly and efficient service to guests by serving food and drinks in auditoriums before and throughout the feature presentation. This position will also help to clear dishes and clean auditorium after each movie in preparation for the next. Buspersons will work closely with the servers in both the auditoriums and restaurant areas. No previous experience required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Many positions include evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve food and drinks to guests in the auditoriums and restaurant.
• Remove all dirty dishes, glasses, silverware from dinning areas.
• Cleans restaurant tables, chairs, and floors.
• Cleans auditorium trays, chairs, and floors.
• Resets all dinning areas for the next guest.
• Transports dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses to the kitchen.
• Empty trash.
• Aids in cleaning and restocking the server stations.
• Performs side work during downtime; such as rolling skilverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas and restrooms.
• Assists servers to accommodate the overall needs of the guests.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This position requires standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

• Serve bottled beer, draft beer, and wine.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to make suggestions; answer drink preparation questions.
• Follow all safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Maintain a clean work area and bar countertop.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• May perform other job related duties and special projects as required.

Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred 6 months to a year of related work experience.
• ServSafe Alcohol or other alcohol safety training is a plus.
• Have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
