Commitment to our Communities

Fridley Theatres' Commitment to our Communities header

Welcome back to the movies!

It’s been a long journey for all of us, and we’re more than ready to get things back to normal. We’re looking forward to a blockbuster summer and the chance to escape, once again, into the magic of the movies. There just isn’t any better way to watch movies than on the big screen!

Fridley Theatres continues to monitor COVID-19 data each day, and we’re thrilled with the progress that has been made in our battle against the virus.

We developed the “Commitment to our Communities” pledge more than a year ago to help us navigate this challenging time and to ensure our theatres were healthy and safe. Today, the document continues to be a relevant and viable tool for our team members and guests.

It is still our contract to uphold sanitation and cleanliness protocols and to ensure safety. It is still a representation of our commitment to the communities we serve in Iowa and Nebraska. But now, it means even more… It is an exit strategy, a path forward, and a hope for the future.

When this notice is on display at a Fridley Theatre, it means that we are looking ahead responsibly. Like you, we’re excited to spend time with family and friends, to revive our favorite pastimes and traditions, and to bring our communities back.

Below, find an outline for our current COVID-19 mitigation efforts. It provides a foundation for what you can expect when you visit our theatres. And while there is still work to do, we’re thrilled to see the list shrinking! Just as we always have, we promise to deliver a safe, comfortable, and first-rate theatre experience.

We thank you for sacrificing with us over the last year, and we thank you for your ongoing support.
