Donations

Fridley Theatres values the importance of giving back to the community and, in turn, accepts donation requests from any official non-profit organizations.

All donation requests must include the following:

Name of the Organization and the Event
Detailed Description of the Event
Date of the Event
Contact Information:
- Name
- Mailing Address (for purpose of sending the donation)
- Phone Number
- Email Address
We also request a copy of your 501 (c)(3) documentation. Please submit via the form below, email, or US Postal Mail to Fridley Theatres Corporate Office, Attn: Donations, 1321 Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA 50309.

We will reply to your email request within 30 days. Donations can be requested for special events HERE or by filling out the form below.
