Works with the Executive Chef to create and execute menu for the entire restaurant and theatre operation. Accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, supervising the kitchen to guarantee consistency and quality food is produced while ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. Position details include, but are not limited to:

• Assists the Executive Chef in performing daily functions in relation to the back of the house.
• Have knowledge and ability to work every kitchen station.
• Supervising all employees on shift.
• Enforce safety and sanitary practice and maintenance of the back of house. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
• Assist in receiving orders and monthly inventory.
• Maintains all food supplies for production.
• Ensures all kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Trains, coaches, and counsels employees as needed.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s or related culinary degree, with a minimum of 2 years in a full service, high volume kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with persons of diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge about plating and presentation.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for periods of up to 12 hours, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and push a cart up to 150 pounds.

Supports the Executive Chef to deliver high quality and great tasting food by preparing/seasoning meats, vegetables, and other foods for consumption in accordance with specified recipes and plating guidelines. Line cooks are essential to the operation of the kitchen by coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each guest. • Read and follow recipes to ensure consistency and maintenance of kitchen profitability.

Provides guest service by assuring that all tableware, glassware, and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean. This position is responsible for making sure guest health is protected and is vitally important in overall guest satisfaction. No previous experience required. Position details include, but are not limited to:

• Wash tableware/glassware, pots/pans, and other cooking equipment while following company approved washing techniques.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with pace of the restaurant/theatre and provide efficient service to our guests.
• Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink as needed.
• Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This position requires standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Reach and lift overhead up to 35 pounds.
• Work in hot and cold temperature extremes subject to fluctuation for long periods of time.

Provides friendly and efficient service to guests by serving food and drinks in auditoriums before and throughout the feature presentation. This position will also help to clear dishes and clean auditorium after each movie in preparation for the next. Buspersons will work closely with the servers in both the auditoriums and restaurant areas. No previous experience required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve food and drinks to guests in the auditoriums and restaurant.
• Remove all dirty dishes, glasses, silverware from dining areas.
• Cleans restaurant tables, chairs, and floors.
• Cleans auditorium trays, chairs, and floors.
• Resets all dining areas for the next guest.
• Transports dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses to the kitchen.
• Empty trash.
• Aids in cleaning and restocking the server stations.
• Performs side work during downtime; such as rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas and restrooms.
• Assists servers to accommodate the overall needs of the guests.

• Maintain a clean work area and bar countertop.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

• Preferred 6 months to a year of related work experience.
