Down Payment and Reservations

Is the down payment refundable?

Yes, the down payment is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to the booked date.

What is the down payment, and when is it due?

The down payment is due when the reservation is booked. Depending on the event, the down payment ranges from 25-50% of rental.

What happens if I cancel within 14 days of the booking?

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking will result in the forfeiture of the down payment.

How far in advance do I need to order party pizzas?

Party pizzas should be ordered at least one week in advance to ensure we can have them ready for your event. Please specify your pizza preferences when making your reservation.

What serving ware and utensils do I need to bring?

None! We will take care of plates, napkins, silverware and all the cleanup!
